Can your glasses be replaced with prescription lenses?

We do not provide prescription to any of our glasses. However, we do have select styles that can hold prescription lenses. All styles with "RX" or "Optical" qualify for prescription. We also advise that you check in with a local optometrist to make sure they are able to do it for you. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!

Do all your products have 100% UV Protection?

All of our products (not including Novelty styles) meet the U.S. Standard ANSI Z80.3-2015 and are also CE Certified to meet European Standards. They are indeed UV400 Protected and protect against harmful UVA and UVB sun rays.

 

Can I customize the 3-packs or Promo Boxes?

Our 3-Packs & Promo Boxes are set and cannot be adjusted. At this time, you will have to order the specific colors you would like individually.

The style I want is out of stock. When will they be restocked?

It typically takes us 2-4 weeks to restock the items. At this time, you may put in your email address to be notified of the restock of the item. Any style that has not been restocked after 4 weeks may be discontinued.

 

My order hasn't shipped yet. What is the general shipping process?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm (PST). All orders process within 1-2 business days after receiving your approved payment. Tracking and shipping confirmation will be sent to you as soon as they are done processing.

 

How do I apply the Route Shipping Insurance for my order?

First, search your inbox for an email from Route. Copy the transaction ID and click on the link below to file a claim. Fill out the ticket and click submit. Route will respond within 24 hours and assist you with the lost package.
